No. An EPC is valid for 10 years and can be used multiple times during this period.

As long as the EPC was valid at the time your tenancy agreement was signed, this is ok.

The EPC will expire after 10 years and a new EPC (valid for the next 10 years) should be produced if the property is marketed for sale or rent at that time.

With relation to the minimum energy standards in place, your property will need a rating of an E or higher to be lawfully let on any new AST.
