Hi, I’m Toni and I am the proud owner of Lets Go Let. We are an independent letting agent, offering lettings and property management to Landlords.

I have been working in the property lettings business for 22 years and during this time, have looked after hundreds of individual properties, along with block management of apartment buildings.

I decided to take the plunge this year and set up my own agency full time, as in the past I worked for other companies and ran Lets Go Let as a part time job. So when I turned 50 this year, I decided to go for it.

I have a true passion for property! Probably because I am so nosey !, but I absolutely love poking about in flats and houses.

We are based in Yate, and I have lived in this area all my life, but we do cover all the surrounding areas, and actually we are managing small portfolios, as far away as London at the moment.

We believe in using local people as much as we possibly can for all our services, such as Gas engineers, website design, cleaners etc. We also tend to use the smaller companies to help small business increase their revenue. Being a small local business myself, this is extremely important to me, and in fact most of my contractors have worked with me for many years, with the longest being about 18 years!

Most of our previous new business has primarily come about by word of mouth. A good few of my ‘multi landlords’ will only use Lets Go Let, and return to using us time and time again. We are extremely grateful to them for their loyalty and have built up solid relationships built on trust over the years. The majority of the portfolios we look after have been with us for a long time and we have happily been re- letting, and re –letting for them since they came to us. We are proud to acknowledge that we haven’t lost one property to another agent during that time.

With this in mind we would like to welcome new landlords to us, and show them that we are a bit different in our approach to lettings. Lets Go Let add a more personal touch, and you will feel this from the minute you call us.

The areas we primarily cover are – Yate, Chipping Sodbury, Acton Turville, Hawkesbury, Westerleigh, Pucklechurch, Emerson Green, Coalpit Heath, Winterbourne, Frampton Cottrell, Stoke Gifford, Bradley Stoke, Filton, Patchway, Almondsbury,Thornbury and Wootton Under Edge.
